Hehe. I am grateful for my new Laptop! WHOOO HOOO. Finally. Should have just listened to my own instincts and followed through with my first choice. But was really touched by cousin's concern when he didn't want me to buy a bad laptop. He bought an Acer and I got a Fujitsu L1010. Went to IT show and SP Notebook show. IT Show is very tiring. Thank you Sean for helping me choose the right notebook. Still, a women's instinct is so powerful. HEHE. I am very grateful for my nice nice cousin.MONDAY: Went to SP Notebook Show with my cousin, uncle and my brother. Never went out with them before. Found out that my uncle is kiasu in a good way. HAHA. Thick skin in a way that he GETS THINGS. wahhhh. Gets free things. After that, he blanja-ed us at pizza hut and got away with a student meal. Why? Cos he's a NIE student. HOHOHO. Even though he looks middle-aged. Or maybe cos the outlet at Siglap has no customers so they were willing to give in. HOHO. And we had to finish 7 soups cos we ordered a single student meal and my uncle ordered a group pizza meal. HOHOS. Dang full. My uncle is a funny guy. And Imran gave us a mini-tour around Singapore Poly, which was the only poly I considered to go to. Because they were very nice to me. But it reminded me of how I was NOT ready for a tertiary life. HOHO.
TUESDAY: Family and some of the extended families went to JB and I stayed at home. Cos I wanted to study. But MOE called me to come down and give me the form so that I could get my $200 allowance which I still haven't gotten yet. Felt so pissed. Wanted to be stuck at home. Called Jannah and she offered to teman me to Orchard. She wanted to leave her house too. Then we studied at McCafe and even though we were sitting nearest to the speakers, it was allright cos the music was classy. HOHO. Managed to study Econs.
WEDNESDAY: Guitar from 8-12. Planned to wake earlier and jog around track at school but woke up late. Guitar prac was intensiiiive. And I still haven't memorised Coup De Cour. Gosh. 3/4 there though. Went home and slept a lot because the weather is very very very dry and hot.
THURSDAY: Went to eat at Eighteen Chefs with Sean. Then, asked all the questions that my tutorial teacher answered but I just couldn't get her answers. You know sometimes when people answer correctly but in a wrong way for you? Yup that's how. Must be my too...left-y brain. HOHOS. Found out that Shahini's going to New Zealand for three weeks and is going to miss me and Sade's eighteenth birthday... I hate it that we don't have enough time for each other and sometimes I feel like giving up but because I love them so much, I want to see them.
FRIDAY: is tomorrow. HOHOHOHOHOHO. Which leaves me Tomorrow, Saturday and Sunday to revise for Lit, the rest of Econs, Geog and the rest of Maths. WAHAHA. Dizzy. One week passes so fast. *POUTS*
Anyway, since downloading time is fast, am appreciating VIMEO cos of it's HD quality. And many many short films which I LOIIIKE. HOHO. Feel like watching Gossip Girl... no no... must abstain till when I can waste time away. HEHE.
I think the first one is reaaaallly nice. And the second one is reaaaally bizarrely dreamy and weird and wonderful.
